Boca Grove Country Club: the complete guide (2026)

Subdivisions, the club, the 2026 costs, what homes sold for and who Boca Grove suits.

Boca Grove Golf & Tennis Club is a private, gated, member-owned country club at 21351 Whitaker Drive in Boca Raton, ZIP 33433, home to fewer than 450 member families. It is known for one thing above all: golf without tee times. This guide covers the subdivisions, the club, what it costs to belong, what homes sold for and who the community suits, from someone who works it every week.

Boca Grove at a glance. About 450 homes in seven subdivisions · 18-hole Jim Fazio course, no tee times · Har-Tru and Italian red clay tennis, five pickleball courts, The Curve sports and wellness center · mandatory golf equity $250,000 (2026) · about $48,288 a year all-in · 26 sales of $1M+ in 24 months, median $2,090,000.

The club

The 18-hole Jim Fazio course is the reason most members are here: no tee times, no green fees, and a pace of play that larger clubs cannot offer. Tennis runs on Har-Tru courts and an Italian red clay stadium court, pickleball on five courts, and The Curve, the sports and wellness center, holds the fitness center and the resort pool. Dining ranges from casual to the Grove Room, and the calendar is built for a membership small enough that people actually know one another. All memberships are subject to the club's background check.

What it costs

Membership is mandatory. Since April 15, 2026 every owner joins at the golf level for $250,000, after the club eliminated its social category. The yearly schedule runs about $45,785, or about $48,288 with the food and beverage minimum, and it already includes the community assessment that listings report as HOA. The market

In the 24 months to October 17, 2026, 26 Boca Grove homes sold for $1 million or more at a median of $2,090,000. County records put the median estimated value of the 395 single-family homes and villas near $1.4 million, because Coventry, Island in the Grove and Los Rayos de Sol trade well below the estate subdivisions. With the club's entry cost now $250,000 for everyone, buyers price homes against the all-in cost of joining; Ricky does the same for every seller. See what's for sale now.

Questions buyers ask

Living in Boca Grove: frequently asked

Is Boca Grove gated?

Yes. Boca Grove is fully gated with 24-hour security, daily patrols, thermal imaging cameras on the perimeter and a gate app for adding guests.

An 18-hole Jim Fazio championship course, played with no tee times and no green fees for members.

What does it cost to live in Boca Grove?

$250,000 golf equity at closing (since April 15, 2026) and about $48,288 a year in club charges including the community assessment, plus property tax. See the membership fee guide for the line-by-line schedule.

How long do Boca Grove homes take to sell?

The $1 million-plus market is thin, 26 sales in two years, so well-priced homes sell quickly while overpriced ones wait for the next buyer doing the same math. Ricky prices each home against the club's current fee schedule.

Leases are governed by the club and subdivision rules and require approval; ask Ricky for the current rules before you plan a rent-first move.
